Chicago, Ill. (July 24, 2023) – Irvine Company announced today that Winston & Strawn LLP leased 148,000 square feet encompassing six full floors at 300 North LaSalle. The firm will occupy floors 43-48, offering unobstructed river-to-skyline views, overlooking the Riverwalk. Winston & Strawn also leases office space at Irvine Company’s 200 Park Avenue in New York.
The international law firm, which was founded in Chicago in 1853, was drawn to 300 North LaSalle for its architectural significance and landmark location in Chicago’s dramatic skyline. The recently announced $30 million reinvestment for the iconic River North tower will further elevate the building’s prestige. Winston & Strawn will join several other high profile, forward-looking companies seeking a modern workplace destination with hospitality-inspired service.

Chicago Cut Steakhouse is also expanding its popular riverside dining room at 300 North LaSalle by adding an additional 4,300 square feet and a grand staircase to the second floor, where guests can enjoy private event dining experiences.
