Irvine Company Office Properties salutes the outstanding performance of John Gillespie of Newport Commercial Realty Advisors in negotiating a significant lease on behalf of LoanDepot.com, LLC at Discovery Business Center totaling over 64,000 SF.

Irvine Co. just signed a lease for an entire building at Coronado Park in Santa Clara. Duarte Inc., a storytelling and business communications company, will occupy an entire 25K SF building at 3200 Coronado Park. The company will move in August from its Sunnyvale office at 755 North Mary Ave., which also is owned by Irvine Co. Duarte worked directly with Irvine Co. for the lease.

The Launch, Irvine Co. Office Properties’ redevelopment project of the former Airport Business Center here, ties in with nearby John Wayne Airport and also represents the launching of a brand-new creative-office workplace community, EVP Steve Case tells GlobeSt.com. The project features two four-story buildings on the stretch of MacArthur Blvd. that fronts John Wayne Airport.

Irvine Company announced today that storytelling and business communications firm Duarte, Inc., has leased an entire 25,000-square-foot building at 3200 Coronado Park @ The Square. Duarte will be the first customer at the newly revitalized, freestanding business campus.

Coronado Park delivers all the vibrancy and access of its Silicon Valley address with the added value of a dynamic, enriching lifestyle. It is located across the street from Whole Foods Market and several outdoor cafés and upscale restaurants at Santa Clara Square Marketplace. It also offers companies the unique opportunity to occupy buildings ranging from 5,000-25,000 square feet.

Last week the California Landscape Contractors Association held their big annual awards gala in Silicon Valley. The top award of the night was the "Stuart J. Sperber Memorial Sweepstakes Trophy - Best in Show" which we were able to win in partnership with our long time service provider, Brightview Landscape who both installed and maintains the landscape and renowned architect Burton Landscape Architect Studio who designed it. The judges said the property stood out above all the rest of the competition and looked absolutely pristine.

The Irvine Co. has signed the first lease in the Coronado Park office campus at its Santa Clara Square mixed-use development in Santa Clara.

Duarte Inc., a storytelling and business communications company, will move into the nearly 25,000-square-foot building at 3200 Coronado Park in August. The building is the largest of the seven, single-story office buildings in the Coronado office park, which sits at the south end of the Santa Clara Square mixed-use development.

Savills Studley has signed a long-term lease for a 17.7k sf, full floor at 520 Newport Center Dr in Newport Beach. The firm will occupy the building’s eighth floor, the last available space in the prestigious office tower, in September of this year. Terms of the lease were not disclosed. 

Getting an affordable deal on office space at Newport Center’s newest and glitziest tower is unlikely, but if anyone was going to drive a bargain with Irvine Co. for space there, it would probably be a tenant representation brokerage.

Savills Studley, the largest commercial real estate brokerage in Orange County that focuses on representing tenants, said it signed a lease for a full floor at Irvine Co.’s 520 Newport Center Drive building.
