AMS Announces That Its Virtual Power Plant Project Delivered Over 2GWh of Grid Services
Our partner AMS recently announced that their virtual power plant (VPP) project delivered over 2 GWh of grid services in Southern California in its first year of operation. The VPP is an award-winning project that uses battery storage to manage and minimize peak demand at customer facilities in the Los Angeles basin. AMS Energy Storage Systems are implemented at many Irvine Company Office Properties today, including MacArthur Court, Pacific Arts Plaza, and multiple Spectrum Skyline offices.
The Commons Outdoor Construction Update
The outdoor transformation at Irvine Towers continues as the new patio and stage are almost fully installed. Landscape, furniture and light fixtures will follow. Once complete, you can look forward to a comfortable collaborative space for relaxation, work and play.

The outdoor project at Irvine Towers continues to progress. For the last few months the focus has been on foundational work, which is wrapping up soon. Below is a construction timeline for the remaining project milestones:

The outdoor reinvestment project at Irvine Towers is well under way! In November both hardscape and landscape were demoed. This month foundational work will be completed, as well as the installation of new shade structures.
