Irvine Company Office Properties’ 21-story vertical campus 200 Spectrum Center has been awarded The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award from the Building Owners and Managers Association of Orange County (BOMA/Orange County), the most prestigious and comprehensive recognition of its kind in the commercial real estate industry.
Mazda has moved to its new home at 200 Spectrum Center Drive. The location, near the Irvine Spectrum, is about a mile away from Mazda North American Operations’ old headquarters.
