But sustainability is also a business advantage. As the home of thousands of companies, as well as an employer ourselves, we know that sustainability is an important value to workforces. We commissioned proprietary polling of 1,000 California office workers on how they feel about sustainability. The results reveal the significant degree to which sustainable practices impact how employees feel about coming to work.
