Savills Studley has signed a long-term lease for a 17.7k sf, full floor at 520 Newport Center Dr in Newport Beach. The firm will occupy the building’s eighth floor, the last available space in the prestigious office tower, in September of this year. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
The relocation will combine Savills Studley two existing offices at 19100 Von Karman Ave in Irvine and 610 Newport Center Dr in Newport Beach. The Newport Beach location was the former home of Cresa Orange County which was acquired by Savills Studley in February.
The space will feature a modern aesthetic with an emphasis on simplicity and openness, including a series of strategically located collaborative hubs and flexible meeting areas for internal and external gatherings.
Owned by Irvine Company Office Properties, 520 Newport Center was designed by the world-renowned architect Henry Cobb of New York-based Pei Cobb Freed & Partners and features sleek, modern architecture, panoramic views, lifestyle amenities and campus-like setting. The 21-story, 326k sf building is LEED Gold certified and includes 10 to 11 feet of floor-to-ceiling glass for superior daylight and an efficient floor plan for maximum flexibility.
