Irvine Company Office celebrates the exceptional performance of Jeff Ingham of JLL in negotiating a large workspace lease in the Irvine Spectrum® area this past quarter.
Jeff is the Senior Managing Director with JLL, specializing in assisting clients with their Southern California transactions as well as working with clients on their national and international real estate needs. His capabilities include portfolio strategy, transaction management, site and building acquisitions/dispositions, sublease dispositions and lease transactions in every market within Southern California. Under Jeff’s leadership, the Orange County office has grown from 20 employees to over 120 over the past decade.
