Top-notch amenities create an environment in which employees can excel, say Gregg Haly and Kelly Kayl of CBRE.
The pair were recently recognized as Brokers of the Quarter for their efforts in a substantial new lease at Irvine Spectrum. Both say that as employees start returning to the office, company culture, knowledge exchange, and great amenities will be key to making that return successful.
Spectrum Terrace, where they recently placed their client, certainly fits the bill. The 1.1 million square foot campus features resort-like amenities including indoor-outdoor collaboration spaces, upscale dining with rotating culinary stations, an open-air event center, and a one-of-a-kind gathering area with an Olympic length pool and meeting-ready cabanas.
These unique features, along with private patios, unobstructed 360° views of natural landscape, and proximity to premium dining, shopping, and entertainment options, create a workplace destination that helps employees get excited about coming back to work in the office. And that, say Haly and Kayl, is a value clients are looking for throughout the Orange County market.
Drawing on more than 33 years of experience, Haly, executive vice president at CBRE, offers tried and true expertise— and he especially enjoys helping customers imagine the potential of a new space. “We really enjoy assisting with the thought process of designing a workspace that checks all the boxes,” he says.
“It’s such an honor to be recognized by an organization like Irvine Company,” adds Kayl, first vice president at CBRE. “Especially to be recognized amongst so many other high-quality brokers in Orange County.”
Congratulations Gregg and Kelly on this well-deserved honor.
