Chicago, Ill. (April 8, 2024) — Irvine Company announced today continued leasing momentum at 300 North LaSalle with an additional 113,000 square feet leased. Among customers in the new leasing activity includes leading global law firm White & Case LLP, which leased 64,000 square feet and will occupy two and a half floors in the 60-story riverfront building.

White & Case has lawyers in 44 offices across 30 countries and is among the first US-based law firms to have a truly global presence. The Firm opened its Chicago office in 2018, which has since worked on many of the most high-profile, complex legal matters in the Midwest market, and globally.

White & Case joins other high-profile, forward-looking companies seeking a modern workplace destination with hospitality-inspired service. International law firm Crowell & Moring signed a 50,000-square-foot lease at 300 North LaSalle earlier this month.
With an existing lease in California, Crowell & Moring also joins a growing number of companies that are expanding their partnership with Irvine Company across markets. Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance and Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani recently signed leases at Irvine Company’s other Chicago trophy tower, One North Wacker, at 26,000 square feet and 30,000 square feet, respectively — and both companies also lease space in Irvine Company’s California office locations.
