Santa Clara, Calif. (April 18, 2022) – Irvine Company was named Developer of the Year by the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers in recognition of its Pathline Park® development in Sunnyvale. This is the company’s third time winning the award, having previously been recognized in 2018 for Santa Clara Square® and in 2012 for Santa Clara Gateway.
Irvine Company was presented with the award at The Association of Silicon Valley Brokers’ 46th annual awards banquet. The organization’s members include real estate brokers and salespersons dedicated to the promotion of high standards in the industrial/commercial brokerage field.
