(April 12, 2021) — Irvine Company today introduced Innovation Office Park, a first-of-its-kind open-air office village offering more than 1.1 million square feet of creative and flexible workspace. With 28 loft-style buildings naturally connected by a central pedestrian pathline, Innovation Office Park delivers a workplace designed for health, wellness, and growing businesses in the prominent Irvine Spectrum business district.
Innovation Office Park features expansive indoor and outdoor connectivity, an indoor/outdoor cafe with rotating cuisine and walk-up artisan coffee bar, an event-ready pavilion, a private fitness center featuring spin/yoga studio and tech-enabled conference and event space. Companies can customize their space through branded super-graphics on the building exterior, and select from a curated menu of private patio furniture and tailored interiors to reflect their culture. The workplace community features a range of building sizes, from 20,000 to 64,000 square feet – with suites sizes starting as small as 2,000 square feet. The building architect is LPA. The landscape architect is Burton Studio.

An olive grove featuring more than 2,600 mature olive and pine trees connects the workspace to the California outdoors.
