Six new deals totaling 50,000 square feet brought Irvine Co.’s 200 Spectrum Center Drive up to 93% leased just one year after the 21-story building opened in Irvine, CA. The largest of the transactions at the 426,000-square-foot property includes a 22,000-square-foot expansion by Crown Castle, and a 14,000-square-foot deal with Neudesic.
“A look at our customer roster is powerful evidence of the diversity and strength of Irvine Spectrum’s desirability as the ultimate address for forward-thinking companies,” said Irvine Co.’s Steve Case, who noted the mix includes leaders in automotive, legal, financial services, co-working, technology and gaming.
Crown Castle already occupied two floors at 200 Spectrum Center, bringing the Houston-based company’s occupancy to more than 66,000 square feet. Now, 200 Spectrum Center’s last available space is the coveted top-floor.
