Home equity investment company Splitero knew it was time to leave co-working behind for a space that reflected their success and excited employees. But they weren’t willing to part with the convenience of furnished, turn-key office space.

Flex+ at The Plaza in La Jolla UTC gave Splitero everything they were looking for and more.

Originally located two blocks from The Plaza, Splitero already knew the benefits of La Jolla UTC’s exceptional retail and dining. But not all La Jolla UTC locations are as perfectly situated. 

“The Plaza has one of the best locations in La Jolla UTC, with convenient access that streamlines commutes and a pedestrian bridge to Westfield UTC mall, plus there are a ton of amenities on-site,” says Gifford, noting that remote and hybrid employees are excited and making plans to be in the office more frequently. 

Flex+ made upgrading easy and seamless.
