- Irvine Company’s newest offering is a solution to meet the needs of the nation’s evolving workforce
- Customers have access to a holistic program that prioritizes workplace wellness so customers can come back with confidence
Irvine Company announced today four companies who have leased and moved into offices in Orange County and Los Angeles through the company’s innovative new Flex Workspace+ “stand-alone” office solution.
Offering lease terms that start at six months, Flex Workspace+ builds upon the streamlined lease arrangements and workspace solutions Irvine Company pioneered more than a decade ago with its ReadyNow suites program. The spaces are move-in ready in just 30 days.
Demand for flexible, private office space is on the rise – and so is a focus on workplace wellness due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Irvine Company is a leader in both. Its health and safety features include high-efficiency air filtration for maximum ventilation, touchless entries, regular disinfecting of shared spaces, physical distancing measures and the addition of hundreds of hand sanitizing stations. UCI Health recently validated its efforts to help companies come back with confidence.
More office space is expected to be “consumed flexibly” in the next decade as companies adopt agile space strategies, a recent JLL study found.
Irvine Company’s Flex Workspace+ program includes an in-house workplace strategy team that offers a curated menu of furniture, accessories, paint, fabric and technology to help create tailored, connected and branded private spaces that are expertly-designed to inspire growth while promoting employees’ health and well being.
Dedicated to helping companies come back with confidence, Irvine Company has implemented innovative building systems and a proactive Workplace Success Team to give companies access to a holistic program that prioritizes workplace wellness. New health and safety features include high-efficiency MERV (minimum efficiency reporting value) rated air filters that are disinfected regularly, maximized ventilation rates, new cleaning regimens, touchless entries, and hundreds of hand sanitizing stations throughout all of Irvine Company’s workplace communities.
“With Flex Workspace+, we have the unique ability to deliver speed and flexibility, along with workspace amenities, services and experiences to unlock new value for the companies that trust us to partner in their success,” said Tom Greubel, vice president, leasing. “We’re continually innovating to help companies adapt and evolve especially during these unprecedented times.”
