IRVINE, Calif. (July 26, 2021) — As the economy continues to re-open and companies return to the office, Irvine Company today announced that construction of the third and final phase of Spectrum Terrace is underway.
Perfected for the healthy Southern California lifestyle, Spectrum Terrace is an expansive and unique outdoor amenity area designed to foster collaboration and innovation. The outdoor oasis includes poolside cabanas with an Olympic-length pool – unique in Orange County – and comfortable seating areas for meetings and casual team gatherings. High-end locker rooms and a gourmet grab-and-go food offering will complete an amenity-rich area designed to inspire connection and community.
The final phase features three modern 4-story buildings totaling more than 345,000 square feet. Construction is anticipated to be completed by August 2022.

KINETIC® private resort-style fitness center, a unique, integrated approach to workplace wellness, offers a wide array of tools and services to help customers achieve their fitness and health goals. Terrace Kitchen + bar features an eclectic menu, wine, and craft beer taps, and coffee bar, for client and team meetings. Venue is a fully equipped meeting, and events space for up to 100 people with indoor/outdoor connectivity and attached catering kitchen, coffee bar, and grab-and-go counter.
To promote health and wellness, the campus features 33 acres of outdoor space, ground-floor sliding doors, and private patios to bring fresh air and natural light into the workspace. The high-efficiency MERV 13 air filtration maximizes interior fresh air exchange and air quality.
Located at the intersection of the 405, 5, and 133 freeways, Spectrum Terrace’s buildings are arranged in three terraced office “neighborhoods” that are adjacent to thousands of acres of easily accessible coastal wilderness that has been permanently preserved, as well as a 1.5 mile-long jogging and walking trail to make it convenient for employees to enjoy some fresh air and exercise.
