(May 21, 2024) — Irvine Company announced today that Armanino LLP leased 23,450 square feet at 2121 Avenue of the Stars in Los Angeles and 22,000 square feet at 400 Spectrum Center in Irvine. The firm will occupy a full floor in each location and the deals highlight Irvine Company’s continued leasing momentum in the market as well as a growing trend of customers leasing across multiple markets in Irvine Company’s portfolio.

Armanino is one of many Irvine Company customers leasing office space in multiple markets, with over 120 companies leasing at more than one location across Irvine Company’s portfolio in Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, Silicon Valley, Chicago and New York.
